Ingredients and Instructions:
Place in a sauce pan 3 cups nonfat milk, (or make 3 cups non fat dry milk). Heat on medium
high until simmering.
In a small jar or bowl with a lid, place cup milk, teaspoon salt, a dash of pepper, 2
tablespoons flour. Place the lid on the container and shake the contents to mix thoroughly. Add
to the simmering milk, stirring constantly with a wire whisk until thickened.
Optional: add 1 to 2 tablespoons margarine for flavor

Options:
Use in any recipe that calls for a cream soup or white sauce.
For cream of mushroom soup, add one small can mushrooms
For cream of celery soup, add one teaspoon celery seed
For cream of chicken soup, add one small can shredded chicken
