Easy Scalloped Potatoes


Ingredients:

  • 2 cans Cream of mushroom soup (or make your own low fat white sauce and add one small can mushrooms, look in the recipes section)

  • 1 cup nonfat milk

  • 8 cups thinly sliced potatoes

  • 1 cup thinly sliced onion

  • 2 cups shredded cheese

Instructions:

Blend soup (or white sauce and mushrooms), milk, a dash of pepper in 13x9 inch pan that has been sprayed with a non stick pan spray. Arrange alternate layers of potatoes, onions, soup mixture, and cheese. Top with cheese. Cover with foil; bake at 375 for about 2 hours. Uncover; bake 20 minutes more or until done.
