Ingredients:

Heat oven to 400 degrees. Grease muffin tins or put cupcake papers in pan. Beat eggs slightly and
stir in milk, pumpkin, sugar or fructose and margarine. Sift dry ingredients. Stir in until just moist.
Batter should be lumpy. Fold in raisins. Fill 2/3 full. Then sprinkle 1/4 t. sugar or fructose over
each muffin (optional). Bake 18 - 20 min. Serve hot
