Ingredients:
1 1/3 c. oil
5 eggs
2 c. pumpkin
2 c. flour
2 c. sugar or Splenda
1 t. salt
1 t. cinnamon
1 t. nutmeg
1 t. baking soda
2 (3-oz.) pkgs. sugarfree coconut pie filling
1 c. chopped nuts
Instructions:
Beat together
Add, mixing until blended
Place into 2 greased bread pans and bake at 350 degrees for about 45-60 min.
