Instructions:
Coat miniature baking cups (you can use jiggler or candy molds to make shapes), with
chocolate thick enough to cover cup color. Use back of spoon.
Put in freezer to set the
chocolate.
Fill with peanut butter mixture. Press evenly in chocolate cups.
Top with chocolate
using back of spoon.
Tips for melting chocolate: Use low heat. If you
are using a microwave. Place the chips into a bowl and melt for 30 seconds at a
time, stirring after each 30 seconds, until the chocolate is melted. Do not
over cook, the chocolate will then separate and harden.
