My Kid's Favorite
In order to make these delicious treats, you will need:

Grease 9 x 13 inch pan. In large bowl, combine all base ingredients. Mix at highest speed until crumbly. Press firmly into bottom of pan. In small bowl beat milk, egg, and vanilla until blended. Stir in 1 cup coconut and nuts. Pour over base. Spread to cover the bottom. Sprinkle remaining 1/4 cup coconut over top. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 - 40 minutes. Don't over bake. Allow to cool completely before cutting.
These are not sugar free, as you can see, but they are fast and easy.
You can make this sugar free by using a sugar free cake mix, and making your own sweetened condensed milk though. To make the sweetened condensed milk heat a can of regular condensed milk and add to 1/2 to 1 cup fructose. Bring to a boil and lower heat. Cook for about 5 - 10 minutes, be careful to not burn milk.
