Instructions:

Cut chicken or turkey into bite-size pieces.

In skillet, spray with non-stick spray and brown meat. Stir in 1 Tbsp. Basil, 1 tsp marjoram, 1
tsp garlic or add one packet spaghetti seasoning

Cut up one bell pepper into cubes or slices, add to the meat.

Add 1 can tomato paste and 1/2 c. water to the meat.

Bring to a boil; reduce heat and simmer 1 to 3 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Cut each pita bread in half. Fill pockets with chicken mixture and top with grated cheese and
alfalfa sprouts.
