Herb Vegetable Dip


Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup nonfat milk

  • 2 tablespoons chopped parsley

  • 2 tablespoons chopped chives

  • 1/2 teaspoon dried basil

  • 1/8 teaspoon curry powder

  • 1/8 teaspoon paprika

  • 1 small garlic clove, minced

Instructions:

Blend all of the ingredients in the blender until smooth. Keep refrigerated.

Serve with crisp raw vegetables such as carrots, broccoli, cucumbers, celery, cherry tomatoes etc.
