Ingredients:

1 yellow cake mix (reserve 1 c. to set aside for top)

Mix in 1 egg, sq. margarine.

1 lg. can pumpkin

2 eggs
-
2/3 c. canned milk
-
1 tsp. each cinnamon, ginger, cloves

1/4 t. salt
-
1 c. sugar or Splenda

Instructions:

Pat into 9" by 13" greased pan.
Mix together:

Pour over cake mixture in pan,

Topping: 1 c. cake mix
-
1 t. cinnamon
-
3 T. melted margarine
Sprinkle on top.

Optional: add nuts, coconut, or chocolate chips on top.

Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees.
