Ingredients:

2 Packages stuffing bread/ croutons

3 stalks celery, sliced

1 medium onion, chopped

1 can chicken broth

1 pound sausage, regular or turkey, cooked and crumbled into small pieces

Giblets from 1 turkey, cooked and cut into small pieces

Juice from giblets
-
milk
-
Spices: 1-2 Tbsp. sage, 2 tsp. garlic powder or fresh garlic, salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions:

Cook the giblets, cool, and cut into small pieces. Pull the meat from the neck bones. Set aside.

Cook the sausage and set aside.

Add all ingredients together, except for the milk. Mix together with hand, as kneading bread.
Add the milk as needed to get a moist mixture.

Add seasoning packet or use other seasonings, to taste. Continue to mix until it is well blended.

Place in a 9 x 11 baking pan that has been sprayed with non-stick spray.

Place in the oven at 350 to 375 until heated as desired.

I like a crust on the top, personally, so I
leave it in about 30 minutes.
