| Ingredients:
Sauce:
- 1 6 ounce can tomato paste mixed with 1 can of water
- 1 tsp. dried basil
- 1 tsp. Italian seasoning
- 1 large garlic clove minced
- 1 Tbsp. olive oil
Crust:
- 1 package yeast
- 1 cup warm water (120-130F)
- 2 cups all purpose flour
- 2 Tbsp. olive oil
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 2 tsp. basil
- 3-4 tsp. pizza seasoning
Preparation and Cooking:
- 1 Tbsp. parmesan cheese
- 1 cup grated cheese for bottom of pizza
- 3 spicy polish sausages thinly sliced
- cup chopped green onion
- sliced green pepper
- 2 large mushrooms
- 2-3 medium tomatoes
- 1 cup pineapple chunks
- 1 cup grated cheese for the top
- Other toppings as desired

Instructions:
Sauce:
Sauté garlic in oil until it begins to turn golden brown. Combine all ingredients and let
stand for 15 minutes.
Crust:
Dissolve yeast in warm water in a medium bowl. Stir in all ingredients. Beat vigorously
about 20 strokes. Cover and let rest 20 minutes.
Heat oven to 425F.
Prepare pizza pan with a coating of olive oil and sprinkle with
cornmeal. Spread dough onto pizza pan. Prick dough thoroughly with fork.
Pour sauce
evenly on dough. Sprinkle parmesan and cup grated cheese onto sauce. Lay meat
down followed by green peppers, green onions, mushrooms, tomatoes, and pineapple.
Add other desired toppings. Lastly sprinkle the rest of the cheese evenly over the top. Cook for 15 minutes or until crust is browned and cheese is bubbly.
