Ingredients:
- 2 cups boiling water
- 1/2 cup fructose or sugar
- dash of salt
- 1 to 2 tablespoons cornstarch
- 1 teaspoon lemon extract

Instructions:
While the water is heating, mix together the fructose or sugar,
salt and cornstarch. When water is boiling, add this mixture to
the water, stirring continuously with a wire whisk. Continue cooking until the sauce is clear.
Remove from heat. Add the lemon extract (lemon juice could also be used for a more
tart sauce but we like the extract.
