Instructions:
Combine yeast and water in large bowl. Add milk, sugar, salt and margarine. Add eggs and 1/2
flour. Beat for 2 min. with mixer. Add flour and vanilla. Beat 2 more min. Drop 1 T. batter into
greased muffin pans and let rise for 30 - 40 min. Bake at 375 degrees for 18 - 20 min. Remove and
roll in melted butter, then roll in a combination of 1 c. sugar and 4 t. cinnamon. Note: You may
substitute Fructose for sugar for a sugarfree puff. |
