Cinnamon Honey

To one jar (about 16 oz.) Add 1 Tbs. Cinnamon. Mix completely. Put into small jars and decorate. Great to put on toast, for a peanut butter sandwich or how ever you otherwise use honey.

For a variety you may add 2 whole cloves and 2 whole allspice. Set in a bowl of hot water for about 20 minutes and then proceed with the packaging.
