Prepare:

1 small onion chopped

3 carrots, washed and finely sliced carrots

1 cups thinly sliced celery

1 cups diced green pepper
3 cups cooked chicken pieces

3/4 cups chicken broth
-
1 can cream of chicken soup or 2 cups white sauce.

Instructions:
Saute together in pan that has been sprayed with non stick cooking spray.
Add, mixing well
Place in a casserole dish and top with 1 cups chow mein noodles and cups
cashew nuts.
Bake at 350 for 20 minutes or until bubbly.
Serves 4-6 |
