Chicken Rice Casserole,

but more than a Casserole


Prepare:

  • 1 small onion chopped

  • 3 carrots, washed and finely sliced carrots

  • 1 cups thinly sliced celery

  • 1 cups diced green pepper


    3 cups cooked chicken pieces

  • 3/4 cups chicken broth

  • 1 can cream of chicken soup or 2 cups white sauce.

Instructions:

Saute together in pan that has been sprayed with non stick cooking spray.




Add, mixing well




Place in a casserole dish and top with 1 cups chow mein noodles and cups cashew nuts.

Bake at 350 for 20 minutes or until bubbly.

Serves 4-6
