Ingredients:

1/2 c. margarine

1 1/2 c. flour

1 1/4 c. sugar (or Splenda)

1 T. molasses

1 T. water

1 t. vanilla

2 eggs

1/3 c. cocoa
-
1/2 t. salt

1/2 t. baking powder

(optional: 2 c. semi sweet choc. chips,
carob chips or sugarfree choc.chips)

Instructions:
In a large bowl beat margarine, sugar, molasses, water and vanilla on med. speed with mixer until
well blended. Add eggs, beat well. Stir together flour, cocoa salt and baking powder. Gradually
add to the sugar mixture, beating on low speed, just until blended. Stir in choc. chips. Spread in
greased pan ( approx. 8x8). Bake in 375 degree oven, just until the dough is set on top (about 10
min.). Note: If the Brownies over bake, they will be dry.
