Instructions:

Freeze one banana When thoroughly frozen, cut or break apart and put in blender with to 1
cup milk (or use the same amount of water and 3 Tbsp. Dry milk powder).

Add 1 tsp. Vanilla extract.

Blend until smooth. Add more milk as desired.

Options:

Add other fruits such as peaches, apricots, pineapple, orange, kiwi, strawberries, mango
cantaloupe etc. (frozen or not).

Add wheat germ for a nutty flavor

Add chocolate extract or choose any other flavor to come up with your own creation.

Additional things to try: peanut butter, coconut, sunflower seeds, a few teaspoons of orange juice
concentrate, chocolate syrup
Note: If you have a food processor you can add less milk, to no milk, and the finished product
will resemble ice cream and taste much better.
